1/4 | cup | low-fat milk | |

2 | tablespoons | lemon juice | |

2 | cloves | garlic, minced | |

1 | small head romaine lettuce, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-wide strips | ||

1 | lb. | boneless, skinless chicken breast, broiled, grilled OR poached and thinly sliced | |
|
|||
8 | ounces | twist pasta, cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained | |

Freshly ground pepper | |||

In large bowl combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, milk, lemon juice and garlic. Add lettuce, chicken and pasta; toss to coat. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper.
